Our hooks are 3D printed from strong and tough ABS filament. ABS is known for its strength, toughness, good impact resistance, and long lifespan with daily use. This high-quality plastic combines high load capacity with light resilience and excellent wear resistance, ensuring that the hooks remain sturdy and retain their shape, even with intensive use.
The maximum load capacity is 20 kg. This is more than sufficient for safely transporting a (beer) crate, for which the product is designed. Thanks to the robust material, there is an extra safety margin, allowing you to use the hooks reliably and without worries.

How long do I have to cancel my purchase?
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive the product. Within that period, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
How can I indicate that I want to return?
You can report this using the model form or in another clear way, for example by email. After that, you have 5 working days to return the product.
In what condition should the product be returned?
The product must be complete, undamaged and – if possible – returned in the original packaging. You may only inspect the product as you would in a shop.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense. The risk of the return shipment also lies with you as the customer.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received your return, we will confirm this by email. We will then refund the purchase amount (excluding return costs) as soon as possible.
